Re-designing app to improve KPI
The aim of this project was to address 2 business KPIs. The primary KPI was to increase the creation of reminders and the secondary KPI was to improve the onboarding experience. The current version of Stack is not intuitive and my task was to re-design the app so that users could create reminders more easily.
