Urban Design thesis
Culture get manifested in everyday life in the form of customs, rituals, artefacts, beliefs, etc which is predominantly dependent on the local as well as regional context of an area in terms of geography, bio-diversity, human habitat etc. Culture always reorients itself according to changing scenarios of development. This co-relation between culture and development has been always a quest in human civilisation. This thesis attempts to enable social, economic and environmental sustainability through congruence with local culture.
