Beyoncé Heat Rush Website - While freelancing at Rapp I worked on the launch of Beyoncé's new fragrance for Coty Beauty called Heat Rush. To promote her new fragrance I created the look and feel for the perfume's new website. The design direction focused on placing the fragrance and related products front and center within a modern minimalist home. The user could navigate through the tactile environment by zooming in and out and Beyoncé would introduce the website in a short video. The site launched February 2011.
Aveda Institutes Redesign - Working with Ultra16, I developed the IA and design for a series of Aveda Institutes web sites. Aveda wanted one place where users could find all information related to their schools. We focused on designing the main Minnesota site, along with sites for New York and Washington D.C., their other main markets. The site needed to incorporate a simple grid and be easily updated through a CMS system developed for this project. The new site launched summer 2007.
Brides.com Redesign - While freelancing fall 2006 with Razorfish I worked as an art director developing the visual tone for the re-designed Brides.com site. Working closely with the Chief Editor to make sure all imagery fit with content and brand needs I selected all visuals for the main pages and worked with flash developers to provide direction for transitions and animations. The new site launched December 2006.
Nivea for Men Sweepstakes - Concepts for Nivea for Men sweepstakes while freelancing with RDA International. This microsite focused on a new after shave launched by Nivea and supporting a campaign idea to "cut through the chaos".
