Lead designer and manager of this project for POD Design + Media. Made out of a single sheet of steel, Sylki’s geometric structure is designed for it to stand on its own. The pattern cut into the steel resembles the skin of the black bird for which it is named or the goosebumps Natalie Portman experienced in the film "The Black Swan". Each chair is adorned with a label stating "This chair is one of a kind authentic piece. Please note: may kick your ass."
