This project started with the creation of a digital vector artwork file, which was uploaded and used to laser-cut pieces of foamcore to create a 5-fold geometric design. This design was then manipulated in Adobe After Effects and the two pieces rejoined through the projection of the motion design onto the foamcore geometry using a projector.
This exploration involved the interaction of 2D optical art windowed by macro geometry
