Work_Live_Austin - Work done as part of a fall 2005 studio at the University of Texas at Austin. The site posed a number of challenges, including brownfield status, economic and social hurdles, and strict zoning. The project is a work-live building, with a second-level private residence and a ground-level public cafe.
