The design solution redefines a budget-friendly campervan by re-engineering the T7 platform into a true self-contained micro living space. Central to this was the development of an in-house pop-top roof—cutting the original structure and introducing a unique four-stage reinforcement system to restore strength and enable upper berth functionality. A custom fibreglass shell completed the system. A key milestone was achieving first-attempt success in torsion and beaming tests under RMS, VSB14, and LT1 criteria, despite industry setbacks. Parallel development of lightweight cabinetry, electrical, and plumbing systems ensured efficiency. The project culminated in a successful launch at Sydney’s Caravan and Camping Holiday Supershow.
