Financial Client Experience

As part of a small team, I created a hypothetical, future-state client storyboard — including a visionary web portal and accompanying app — to illustrate how technology could tighten the personal relationship between financial advisors and their clients, all while better servicing client needs and enabling advisors to be more productive. These wireframes so impressed our managing directors that they kick-started a long-term initiative to improve client experience.
