I mostly free hand sculpted this buckle from Sculpy.
I used some detailing tools to get the face of the buckle how I wanted.
Used molding materials to create a cast mold of the buckle
Casted the mold using a thermo plastic matrial
The original didn't make it
air pockets in the mold prevented the tips of the horns from molding correctly. I used a two part epoxy sculpt to create the tips.
