Final Hardscape Concept - Design Intent-
Work closely with client to create a residential retreat concentrating on site design divided by function and hardscape style chosen by client. This client led design was communicated accurately with great detail in the plans. The pool deck and spa were built during the design process. Creative and cost effective ideas were incorporated by reusing the pavement demolished in construction as pavers and suggested hardscape materials.

-Approximately twenty hours of work
-Review property photographs, survey and design photographs and sketches provided by client.
-Speak directly with the client to discuss hardscape desires and requirements.
-Create initial hardscape plan and gather photographs of design ideas.
Meet with client to present plan.
-Create pool concept to begin construction.
-Complete final hardscape plan.
