Lexus of London - I do a ton of ads for The Grove, London's premier luxury lifestyle magazine. Why wouldn't I since I own the thing. I love B/W and you don't have to do a lot to get a great effect.
Saab Turbo - Here's a classic: You get a national ad from the dealer and you have to do extensive modifications to meet their specific, local goals. Often this involves matching not just the font but the overall style/architecture of the original ad.
