This tiny house is designed to be extremely sustainable and less than 500 square feet of air conditioned space. The resident can live a simple life making a minimal ecological impact on the world. The addition of a compost bin outside, a chicken coop, solar panels and a garden further allow the resident to be self sufficient. The house is one and a half stories with a ladder to connect the two, so there is no wasted space. The house is made of concrete so it is cost effective to create and cost effective to maintain, especially with the changing seasons throughout the year.
