Rubin's Deli Research and Debrief

Use research--qualitative and quantitative methods to find out the preferences of the 18-35-year-olds with respect to their choice of food/cuisines; uncover how frequently they ate at a restaurant; understand what is most important to them; and find out how much they are willing to pay for a meal. This Debrief is meant to act as a guideline for the creative team--both present and future to create work that is not only effective and entertaining but also relevant to the Client, and the Consumers.
