Waste for Life - Damas
Damas is a social entrepreneurial proposal that I developed in my advanced studio at RISD during my Spring semester of 2012. Our studio partners, Waste for Life, is an organization focused on repurposing waste items such as high density polyethylene (HDPE) bottles and converting them into a product that can provide a better income source for the local trash-pickers (cartoneros) in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
