The vision for the 5Fifty struck me fully formed during a late-night deep creative immersion session. Evolving the BELL design language w sharp, angular, and aggressive forms inspired by the SIXER, FULL 10, & FULL AIR. Beginning w 2D sketches and quickly moving to 3D to evaluate proportions, fit, & overall aesthetics. Numerous 3D prints were created and details refined to create a new look and feel of the next generation of BELL Helmets. The 5Fifty sets the aesthetic direction for the entire future MTB line.
