Maple Leaf Table

An independent project prior to University where I designed, prototyped and made a fully functional coffee table.
I chose to use recycled and sustainably sourced materials throughout this project.
To create it I used a variety of machinery and techniques including laser cutting, steam bending, metal casting and so on.
The table is sturdy and robust, and has thin metal 'veins' running through the leaf tabletop to add aesthetic appeal.
