Holiday Inn Express and suites will be 123-room hotel coming to the corner of Tryon and Kingston in 2018. In addition to the hotel a total of 3,500 of it will be dedicated to a restaurant with a 1,500 square foot patio and the remaining 1,200 square feet will be dedicated to soft goods or services retail.
