Prefab housing units often lack personality, privacy, and security. The yards are merely dirt lots after the construction, and the barbed wired fences are neither aesthetically pleasing nor particularly effective. Meanwhile, water that could help the area to be more productive is being wasted in a septic tank that uses up yard space, preventing the homeowners from building expansions. By developing means to reuse this resource in an effective system, all of the problems of aesthetics, privacy, and greenery could be addressed.
