The Legacy cover has traditionally shown an image of the family that owns the company. To make it more interested, I developed a scrapbook concept and turned it on an angle for a little more perspective and visual energy.
Here is an example of a spread. When available, I used full bleed photos of the product. I introduced the upper left and right tabbing of the product category sections.
Previously, the entire catalog was layed out in Adobe Garamond. I added the arced blue Rockwell heads throughout the catalog, which brightened up the design while remaining in the Americana feel. For consistency, I added an element where the display racks were always displayed silhouetted on a tan background.
