Parallax scrolling website extolling the virtues of Marine Protected Areas. MPAs are parts of the oceans or Great Lakes that are protected for a conservation purpose. I am an avid sailor and surfer so building something that would bring a different audience into the Marine Protected Area discussion was important to me.
