Part of my responsibilities with AT&T is creating and enhancing the UX and UI for the conversion of ATT.com to a responsive web design. I collaborate with a multitude of various teams to create different elements for the website and continual enhance existing ones. During this collaboration we ensure that each component is working as smoothly and efficiently as possible to provide the optimal user experience and the cleanest user interface.

I work closely with our various back-end develop teams to help develop and understand all the requirements for each component. Along with the next steps of QA testing to ensure that the component is working correctly, and that all our requirements are met.

My team and I then develop all necessary training materials and conduct training sessions for all designers from our various offices in: NYC, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and Seattle. We create and provide PSD templates to all designers to follow as they are created to optimize the design process.
