The Green Team - The founder of The Green Team is a visionary for marketing, and combined with our creativity we created a special campaign that earned the attention of many, included the awards shows. Branding The Green Team as a cool, funky business that specialized in Super Natural Lawn Care, we created branding, direct mail, vehicle design, yard signs, non-traditional, billboards & an interactive website with a section for kids. Upper James Water Trail - Virginia is for Lovers, of course. And for people who love the outdoors. One of its greatest treasures is the James River. We partnered with Botetourt County and a preservation committee to brand the Upper James, with the goal of promoting recreation and preservation on the river. Botetourt County - Comparing the old and the new, the headline "One Inch Equals Miles of Discovery" was created, playing off of the legend on a map. Different words substituted "Discovery" depending on what aspect of the county was being promoted. From a logo and ad campaign to an engaging website, the campaign was a great success and now one of the most applauded under the Virginia is for Lovers umbrella of tourism campaigns. Agency: Inprint. Botetourt Wine Trail - As part of the Botetourt Tourism branding initiative, a trio of local wineries teamed together to form The Wine Trail of Botetourt County. Building off of the materials we created for the tourism initiative, the Wine Trail campaign was born. In this case, "One Inch Miles of Refined Pleasure." The campaign consisted of a logo, brochure, website and a :90 spot created exclusively for YouTube & social networks. Agency: Inprint. My role: Art Direction & Design.
Ad 2 Roanoke - Ad 2 Roanoke is a city-wide chapter of the National Ad 2 organization, the young professional affiliate of the AAF. To spread the word, I created a series of magnets that could be placed in office fridges across the town. And a "do not disturb" sign for creatives. They quickly became collectibles, Ad 2 began it's steady climb into the hip club that it deserved to be. Agency: Freelance. My role: Art Direction, Design, Illustration & Copywriting.
Drive to Roanoke - The Roanoke Valley Convention & Visitors Bureau wanted to plow through the recession and attract visitors from nearby areas. Offering a close, affordable destination to residents of Virginia, North Carolina & Washington, D.C. was the goal. We created a campaign that played off of the familiar gas tank icon. The ads appeared in newspapers throughout the targeted regions, which then let them to a website for more information. Agency: Inprint. My role: Art Direction, Design & Illustration.
Jackson River Governor's School - A school for the gifted in math, science and technology, Jackson River needed a polished rebrand. So based on the school's focus, we created a logo, tagline and stationery that reflected its specialities. Using mathematic symbols, we created a "tree of knowledge" over the river where is it located. Give it a closer look, and you'll see that we represented the business card contact information as mathematic proportions. Agency: Inprint. My role: Art Direction, Design & Illustration.
Jarrett Electric - Rebuilding their brand from the ground up, we combined a modern identity with an honest message: "It's the way we're wired." The campaign consisted of everything: logo, website, stationery, vehicle graphics, uniforms, ad campaign, and most important: thoroughly researched brand positioning. Agency: Inprint. Veterans' Monument - Vinton is the town where Inprint resides. We were contacted by the town council to help out with a new initiative to honor all war veterans from the area. The logo is based off a model of the actual monument. Using flags, stars and military iconography, this identity conveyed an honorable war-time feel that could apply to any era. Agency: Inprint. My role: Art Direction & Design.
