Equipment Technologies chose this design to replace their aging Apache cab interior. Packaging and human factors were key during the design and development process. Ease of access, comfort, control and visibility were paramount. Mockups of the joystick were made in clay and digitally transferred into Alias where it was fine tuned for manufacture. We mocked up the interior in foam core to determine proper packaging and layout. The end product is revolutionizing how we think of agricultural interiors. Utilizing soft touch silicon buttons, ergonomic touch points, and high visibility displays.
