I have ordered pcb x 2, with all the components included, from Synthrotek.com. The kit was cheap enough with parts, so what the heck. The unit is designed to run on 12v, but there's a 15v regulator on-board, so I should be safe. This is a very small PCB that is designed to fit into the Eurorack standard. It's small enough that I thought I'd try and squeeze two of them into a single 5U panel. As you can see, they just barely fit. I will go ahead and use the pcb mounted pots as well, just to keep the footprint small, and to make my work a little easier.
Looks good, but my standard Bakelite knobs are a little large for this module.
Found some cheap black knobs on Ebay that will work for now. I have also used a Label Maker to add function names. Looking sharp!

Voltage Controlled Delay - Module

A delay module using the PT2399 IC featuring Voltage Controlled Rate. Manual controls for Rate, Feedback, and Mix. Beautiful and bizarre, CV modulation of the rate brings in ghostly pitch bent sounds to metallic reverbs.
