eco-friendly nursery - Brooklyn. Young, hip, environmentally conscious couple from Brooklyn, wanted an eco-friendly nursery for their second baby. They love color and graphics and wanted the room to evoke a playful spirit of nature and nurture. Low voc paints, bamboo flooring, linen shades and a shag wool throw rug were used. Along with an eco friendly crib, organic bedding, a second hand â€œsaarinen rocking chairâ€ and bamboo mobile All floor pillows, throws and stuffed animals were made from re-purposed and recycled materials. And the new window was purchased from the Habitat for Humanity Re-Store.

hollywood hills bungalow - This room was all about the view. By breaking down the walls and adding sliding glass doors we opened up this living room into the great outdoors. In keeping the palette neutral we produced an elegant room that is truly in tune with nature. Bamboo floors were used, along with an ethanol fireplace, natural lambswool rug and custom drapery fabric which was converted into wall art - a stunning accent piece. Staying close to nature while using green materials truly brings you a room you can savor and relax in.
