Rostizado serving boards
During my practicum with woodwork group Oliver Apt., I was given an opportunity to design these serving boards for a new restaurant opening downtown Edmonton. Rostizado specializes in rotisserie style meats in delicious modern Mexican style. The boards integrates a reservoir on one end to accommodate juices from the meats, which are mixed with added garnishing to create a dip. The reservoir area also can serve as a devision for main and side dishes.
