Our team was tasked with creating a framework for piloting an automated locomotive or a toaster.
I chose to think through the harder task, one that I had never done or witnessed-the locomotive. I tried to correlate with driving a regular vehicle and then find the differences and note them.
I came up with a working task analysis that was submitted as the only one for the locomotive.
