I saw Hashim Sarkis speak in April 2010. I was drawn to his firm’s focus on community and I was particularly drawn to the design of a project called “Housing for the Fishermen of Tyre.” I was inspired to create a poster showcasing the project. I utilized the bold colors and diagonals from the housing project to create a vector illustration.
