Office Reorganization
This is the preliminary design of an office reorganization. The client is Oltre Venture Capitale Sociale, and the offices are situated in Milan, Via Zenale.
The offices are placed at the top floor of a building with a pitched roof. The problem of below applicable standard minimum internal height has been solved by placing the furniture in the areas with height below 2,10 metres.
The project consists of two big open spaces where the employees’ workstations are placed. The reception and the secretary’s office separate the two open spaces. Each open space ends with a meeting room divided from the rest of the space by a glass wall: the visual remains open while these rooms’ necessary privacy is preserved.
