Problem: Using the SIx Sigma methodology to manage the project create a user interface for the EDI 276/277 Claim Status Transaction set. This new user interface eliminated the need for a manual claims follow-up process which included several follow-up calls to insurance companies to check on the status of provider claims.
Solution: Provide healthcare organizations with an intuitive user interface that is integrated with their current billing software to manage their claims follow-up workflow with minimal manual steps and phone calls.
Measuring Success: Implementing the EDI Interactive Claim Status Transaction, enabled customer to reduced their claim status response time by 86%
