This beautiful apartment is located in the 22nd story of a building from the Miami skyline, which gives lovely views to the city’s downtown. The apartment counts with three main spaces: two bedrooms and a common area that integrates the kitchen, the living room and the dining room. These three zones have very large floor to ceiling windows that give access to a terrace. The main challenge was to accentuate these wonderful views and integrate them to the interior space. In order to achieve this, the selection of the right furniture as well as painting some walls with contrasting colors was the key to create cozy spaces with an element of elegance.
