ARCH 200 :: Beetle Pavilion

As an occupiable area for viewing beetles, the Beetle Pavilion works to educate the general public about beetles and their lives. Using video projection on the interior walls of the pavilion, the beetle is represented at the human scale therefore depicting the human scale small. This renders visitors within the space as part of the beetle world. While viewing collections, occupants are encouraged to climb and crawl between exhibits in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of beetles.
