A secret project for the Carbonite team. Carbonite bought the Mozy product line and needed to bring over all the customers, without losing them to free or cheaper options. The goal was a simple and clear path to keep Mozy customers and bring over to Carbonite products - for 12 to 36 month contracts. Was a very successful project, bringing more than 4 out of 5 customers from Mozy to Carbonite, (and for multiple years).
