The Operative Plasterers and Cement
Masons International Association, the
oldest building and construction trades
union in the United States, traces its roots back to 1864. The local chapter however has never operated out of a facility it could call it’s own, having only rented space at various locations over the years. The decision was made to fi nally build a new facility that they could call home. The new
building consists of 2,500 sq. ft. of Business Offi ce and 7,500 sq. ft. of Training Center for the organization’s apprenticeship program.
