Design a fine dining establishment with an inviting interior that reflects the nature of the region as well as regional cuisine. The menu is sophisticated and geared towards a patrons with high standards. The atmosphere must reflect the high quality of the ingredients used in food preparation and be sophisticated and inviting.
Concept Statement
To create a fine dining restaurant experience that is sophisticated and industrial with a “late-night” feel and attractive especially to the younger, city population. This is achieved by using a mixture of different materials such as wood, metal, and stone integrated into a dark, mysterious palette.
