Packaging design for Unagi Kabayaki and Anago Kabayaki products. Roasted eels are one of the most loved fish menus in both Korean and Japanese culture, and it is also known for their high price. However, most packaging designs for frozen eels looked similar to frozen mackerels or other mid-priced frozen seafood products. The packaging strategy and concept should be reconsidered because it is known for its higher-end food menu.
