Flat Auxiliary Cable - Over one million units sold

Sometimes the simplest products have the biggest impact. In 2009 the market for FM transmitters was drying up and Griffin knew the future was in auxiliary cables (remember, this was before cars and phones had Bluetooth).

As part of a plan to expand their cable offerings, I was asked to envision a "high end aux cable." These 9 concepts were the result.

Concept 6 was "alternative cable shapes" which was novel at the time. In 2009 no one was doing flat cables. Concept 6 went on to become Griffin's flat aux cable, which has sold well over one million units.
