Located in the heart of Chelsea in Manhattan, Cecilia and the Silhouette Saloon is a restaurant designed with gallery hoppers and theatre aficionados in mind. The menu focuses on experimental cuisine, featuring dishes with unique ingredients and intriguing combinations. Like the food, the interior immerses customers in a mysterious environment where nothing is explicit, but only foreshadowed through visual silhouettes that hint at the activity behind each translucent panel. In this respect, the environment becomes a series of theatrical performances where diners are either on display as projected silhouettes or observing the silhouettes as an audience.
