Footwear Collection - A sample of production footwear from the adidas
Piston - This shoe was designed for Chauncey Billups. The main features included a supportive midfoot system that also allowed for breathability and flexibilty. Chauncey wore this shoe for the 06-07 NBA season. I executed the concept renderings, development and production of the shoe under the design direction of Kyle Pulli.
Elemental Formotion - This shoe was designed with inspiration from the 5 elements [Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, and Spirit]. This was an exclusive shoe for the Asia region only.
Gil Zero - This shoe was designed according to Gilbert Arenas style of play. A low top which allows his ankles the freedom of movement. Formotion technology gives him the medial traction he needs for cutting to the hoop. The nylon midfoot strap gives him the ideal support and fit. The overall shoe has a simplicity feel for comfort and wearable. I executed the concept renderings, development and production of the shoe under the design direction of Kyle Pulli.
Superstar Power II - The SS Power II was introduced to the market in the spring of 2006. The concept was to design a team based shoe that incorporated a full length technology at a $110 retail price point. The shoe was worn during the 2005-2006 NBA season by such players as Dwight Howard, J.R. Smith, Jerry Stackhouse, Theo Ratliff, and Shane Battier.
Lyte Speed GCS - This shoe was designed for the team accounts. The 3 lateral forefoot EVA wraps allowed for support and flexibility. This also created a strong team color block with focus on the tech. The shoe utilized the formotion medial technology for lateral speed and stability. I executed the concept renderings, development and production of the shoe under the design direction of Kyle Pulli.
Rocket Formotion - This shoe was to design with a supportive story for the Asia Region. A molded EVA wrap on the lateral midfoot was designed to give the user support during extreme lateral movements. The overall shoe is a balance of asymetrical pattern and performance materials.
Protempo - This shoe is currently being sold in Lady Footlocker as an exclusive product for the brand. The shoe used the current Bounce Technology from adidas running with a simple clean upper. The quarter panel allowed for different executions of materials and processes to tell different stories within the MyLife campaign.
