Socket Bot
The Socket Bot was my Graduation Project from the Art Institute of Seattle.
The idea behind this toy is to bring children a fun and tactile learning experience. The robot will instruct the child to find a specific shape/color and plug it into the corresponding side. Afterwards the child will have a toy that he can learn from, the robot can give instructions to lift his arms a number of times to teach the child how to count. As well as having another toy in his toy box that he can take on any number of imaginary adventures.
