This case is designed for the Apple iPhone. The case is made from Repelitized Automotive Tires, similar to the soft surface of a childrens playground. 100% recycled, and available in any color assortment. Highly protective, the case would simply stretch over the rear body of the iPhone. Interesting and very tactile, the case would increase grip of the phone on many surfaces.

In the early winter of 2009, Case-Mate came to SCAD to gain new design ideas for their expanding collection of mobile phone cases for new models. We were then given access to new Palm, Blackberry phones that were not yet on the market. Moving in new design-directions for current phones; multiple Blackberrys, iPhones 3Gs.
