We created this presentation folder design for a real estate agent client that wanted for classy and sophisticated look. The folder is used to return documents that her clients give her during the closing process. We decided to print on a 14pt C2S White Semi-Gloss stock. The front and back covers showcase two elegant foil-stamped areas and one PMS color, complemented by a Soft-Touch Aqueous coating with Spot UV accents. The interior of the folder is printed with one PMS color and finished with a Matte Aqueous coating to give it a distinct look and feel from the front.
