Environmental Art + Notecard Design I
2011 Beach Plastic Art Project with 3rd Graders at Wade Thomas School. Collected beach plastic at Kehoe Beach and met with Environmental Artists, Judith Selby Lang and Richard Lang. Created and sold art cards for YES Foundation Fundraiser. Cards were so successful that I pitched the project to Marine Mammal Center and they used it as an art activity for kids during an Environmental Art Exhibit the following year. Whole Foods offered to sell the cards for us, but we never produced them in quantity to reach store market.
