Charles Schwab 40th anniversary history exhibit -- a combination of interactive digital displays and old-fashioned artifacts, like a pair of Chuck’s old aviator glasses and some of his handwritten notes on the principles of investing.
The timeline is displayed via interactive touch-screen computers, photos and videos. The team created a spreadsheet noting over 550 milestones, then reduced the number to 180 key events. We sorted thousands of photos, videos, and other artifacts. The 30’ x 40’ exhibit is touring Schwab offices around the country and includes a recording booth so employees can add their own stories to the company’s history.
