HPX-1 Non Destructive Digital Scanner
Existing CR scanner top injection molded tool was at lifes end. This design needed to be a different process yet still fit on its existing base with no changes to internal components.
This new top cover is pressure formed (female tool) with bonded secondaries that mates to existing base.
Product is used for Non Destructive testing for scanning of welds in oil fields to home land security environments
