Briggs & Stratton Engine Pack - This single engine pack for Briggs & Stratton required a corrugated die cut insert that would cradle and stabilize the engine inside the master pack. This also allowed the engine to be easily loaded in and out of the master pack box. Design completed in ArtiosCad and sampling done in-house via Kongsberg CAD table.
Briggs & Stratton Corr Pack - Presentation slide to Briggs & Stratton. This is an expendable pack concept that would increase the finished engine quantities per skid, which provided an better pack-out efficiency rating. Design required a more sturdy injection-molded returnable pallet. The 3D work was created in SolidWorks, and slide layout & graphics were created using Photoshop & Illustrator.
Briggs & Stratton Tray & Pallet - Presentation slide to Briggs & Stratton. This concept pitched as an returnable packaging alternative that utilized thermoformed trays that held the completed engines. The 3D work was created in SolidWorks, and slide layout & graphics were created using Photoshop & Illustrator.
Briggs & Stratton Pallet - Presentation slide to Briggs & Stratton. This is an injection-molded returnable pallet that would replace traditional wooden pallets. The design provided an better pack-out efficiency rating. The 3D work was created in SolidWorks, and slide layout & graphics were created using Photoshop & Illustrator.
PPG 251 Windshield Pack - Menasha Packaging - Structural Design This pack was designed for PPG Industries to store and transport a quantity of 10 Mercedes 251 series windshields. Utilizing customized corrugated cradles & dividers, along with foam and inset strapping to lock windshields in place. Each pack had to withstand strenuous shipping and stacking constraints.
Honda Odessey Backlite Pack - Menasha Packaging - Structural Design Expendable packaging design for the Honda Odessey's glass Backlite. Redesign included corrugated bracing cradles, high-desity PE foam, and inset strapping.

V251 Rear Facia - Foam Profiling - SolidWorks screen capture shows the how I utilized the 3D part model of the Mercedes V251 rear facia to create specific foam profiles for the packaging. Client was Magna Automotive.
Plastic Tote 3D - SolidWorks 3D assembly of a returnable plastic corr tote for an automotive parts application. Concept Packaging Group
JX27 Header Layer - ArtiosCad screen capture of the expendable layer pad assembly drawing for a molded plastic automotive part. The corrugated-based pad design replaced a returnable plastic corr pad to increase cost-efficiency. The redesign allowed the client to continue to utilize their large returnable tote containers. Photo of production version with some parts placed into layer pad is shown in lower right. Client was Guardian Automotive.
Rail Pack - Concept Packaging Group - Structure Design SolidWorks 3D model of a corr/foam pack concept for automotive aluminum rails.
Returnable Pack Partitions - This is a partition set for an injection molded automotive part. The partitions and parts were created using SolidWorks. I created a 3D model of the automotive part from an existing prototype.
