This was a new construction home that had unfinished front yard. So I added grass, bushes in front of the house, driveway, and made sky bluer.
This picture was taken in winter time. I eliminated snow and old grass by adding green grass.
On lower picture I placed framed picture above fireplace and added fire to fireplace
Sometimes, when photographers take pictures, they don't pay attention to details. On the upper photo there is some stuff against the wall that was left behind and then had to be eliminated in Adobe photoshop, rather than on the photo shoot.
When preparing marketing materials for real estate, you don't want people to see all the wires around the house, so I took some of the wires out and made sky bluer.

Some realtors don't like to see cars in front of the buildings. So wires and cars were removed in photoshop.
As you can see on the top picture, the deck is old and I had to "repaint" it in photoshop to give it new look.
Per realtors request, the TV in the corner of the room (top picture) had to be removed.
The bed was staged for photo shoot, but real estate agent didn't like that you could see sheets under the comforter. That had to be fixed in photoshop.
The picture of the back of the house was taken not in summer season, you can see that the pool is covered and the day is gloomy. So, I added sky and placed water in the pool to give the picture nicer look.
