Full gut remodel, interior and exterior of private residence in venice beach, ca. The house was stripped down and revamped to be minimal and timeless. In addition to all new finishes, details include reveal bases, flush door trim, full height pocket doors, custom glass pivot door, new stair and kitchen, custom, cabinetry, flush outlets, switches and recessed lighting. The exterior was re-clad in cement panels and the courtyard spaces were re-worked. Landscape design by Jack Price. A full height green wall was added to the rear of the building and a custom fireplace, spa and kitchen were added to the roof deck.
