Bergsjon Collage
Bergsjon Collage - Bergsjön Collage is a series of visual narrative workshops for the young citizens of Bergsjön in the summer of 2009. The project seeks to investigate the concept of citizenship — what it means to be a citizen in a new country. It is a collaboration between the people of Bergsjön, Swedish artist Nadja Isaksson, and myself.
The thesis behind the project is how imagination and creativity can be utilized as tools that promote a new social structure that includes the influx of new citizens.
