I spent close to 10 years engineering and designing all in-house for Karas Kustoms. These are a few examples of that work. I was the only designer on staff.

Small run iPhone 5 series phone case. It features machined brass sideplates, custom low-profile fasteners, and injection molded acetal end caps.
Machined cases for iPads. Sideplates were machined from aluminum plate with stainless steel fasteners and custom machined acetal corner posts.
Machined cases for iPhone 4 and 4s phones. Sideplates were machined from aluminum plate with stainless steel fasteners and custom machined acetal corner posts.
The Projectone (pro-jec-tone, get it?) was an iPhone acoustic dock machined from solid aluminum with waterjet cut grills.
